DNA Activation: The Key To Unlocking Your Full Potential

The point is– You can’t live with purpose and fulfill your true potential when your life is filled with low vibration activities, problems, and worries

Millions of people around the world are stuck in a low vibration lifestyle. 

Millions of people struggle to unlock their full potential, often repeating the same patterns of failure and disappointment, again and again. 

I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like this. Not for you. 

You have the power to unlock your full potential and create the life you’ve been dreaming of… The life you’re supposed to live

Many believe their problems arise from negative mental patterns, unhealed emotional wounds, and from the systemic limitations imposed by capitalism.  These are all real problems with a real impact.

But there’s another, crucial piece to this puzzle– your DNA. 

What is DNA Activation?

Your DNA contains the coded instructions you need to develop, survive and reproduce, starting from the moment of your conception and continuing through your entire life. 

Every cell in your body contains DNA, made up of billions of sequenced “bases” that determine everything from how you look, to future health issues that might arise. 

The coded information in your DNA was passed down from your ancient ancestors– and it will be passed to your children and grandchildren (should you choose to reproduce.) 

DNA literally contains secret code that bridges continents and millennia. 

Interestingly, much of our DNA appears to be unused. Only 2% of our DNA has a known purpose. The 98% of DNA that is unused is called ‘shadow’ or ‘junk’ DNA by scientists. 

But unused DNA might not be ‘junk’ after all. 

Experts now believe inactive DNA within your body plays a significant role in your very evolution as a human being.

Scientists are beginning to discover how unused DNA “increases the ability of the organism to evolve by serving as hot spots for genetic recombination and by providing new and important signals for regulating gene expression.”

On the cutting edge of this research, some spiritual experts believe that it’s possible to consciously activate your unused DNA, thereby allowing you to become the architect of your own evolution as a being. 

DNA activation is all about providing your body with the appropriate inputs (specific to you) to help you fully self-actualize on every level– physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

What Are the Benefits of DNA Activation?

Successful DNA activation requires you to reprogram your body and mind to come into alignment with the best possible version of yourself. 

DNA activation can

  • Help strengthen your immune system, enabling you to heal more quickly and avoid chronic illness. 
  • Allow you to tap into deep creativity and flow, creating inspired work that makes an impact in the world. 
  • Provide you with easier access to a receptive trance-like state
  • Create feelings of heightened awareness in your body. 
  • Open the pineal gland in your brain, enhancing your intuition and natural psychic abilities,  such as inner sight (clairvoyance) and interdimensional understanding (clairsentience).

How to Activate Your DNA

Successful DNA activation requires you to reprogram your body and mind to come into alignment with the best possible version of yourself. 

The process of DNA activation begins with a strong foundation of wellness. 

Through healthful living, positive thinking, and inner calmness, you can heal existing oxidative damage, stress responses, and emotional trauma, activating a wellspring of vitality and joy. 

1. Eat a High Vibration Diet

The importance of what we eat can not be overstated. 

In fact, nobody fully understands exactly how our food effects us– although nutritional science has made many advances in recent years.

Despite disagreements within the field of nutrition, most experts agree that eating a plant-based diet of whole foods is key for optimal health. Further, plant-based foods provide fiber and prebiotics that are beneficial for your gut microbiome, and closely linked to your mood and mental health.

For these reasons, it’s essential to eat plant-based, whole foods in order to achieve full DNA activation. 

But delicious fruits and vegetables are just one piece of the puzzle. 

A true high vibration diet also incorporates medicinal mushrooms, fermented foods, high quality fats and proteins, and plenty of alkaline water. 

The final ingredient in any high vibration diet is gratitude. Gratitude for the abundance on your plate and the power of the sun that gives you life. Gratitude for the pleasure of each bite and the companions around your table. Gratitude for the complete nourishment of your soul. 

2. Practice Positive Thinking

Positive thinking has been associated with improved heart health and immunity. It’s a critical element in many psychotherapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy. 

But what is positive thinking? 

Positive thinking includes many types of thinking behaviors

  • Optimism
  • Self-love
  • Gratitude
  • Forgiveness
  • Prayer
  • Non-resistance
  • Healing and releasing painful thoughts and memories. 

Some of these thinking behaviors may come easier to you than others. That’s normal. 

Lean into your natural strengths, and gradually incorporate the more difficult behaviors as you gain momentum. 

3. Breathe Deeply and Stay Calm

Deep breathing (or diaphragmatic breathing) offers myriad health benefits, but stress relief is a particularly important benefit when it comes to DNA activation. 

Stress has many harmful effects on the body, causing damage to DNA cells. 

Though deep breathing, you can treat stress naturally, in the moment, and on demand– helping to calm your nervous system and activate your highest quality 

4. Move With Purpose and Playfulness

We all know the benefits of exercise. 

But did you know that you can amplify and expand those benefits through play-based movement

Amazingly, playful movement has been shown to be effective in post-stroke rehabilitation, suggesting that play-based exercise could help repair and activate neural pathways and unused DNA code. 

It’s easy to incorporate playful exercise into your daily routine in small chunks throughout the day. Take short breaks from work and sitting activities to get up and dance, play, chase, or compete with a companion. When you make a habit of playful movement, you’ll soon notice a heightened sense of awareness and more frequent joyful moods– helping to unlock your innate potential. 

5. Rejoice in Love

Love is an essential ingredient for a fulfilled life. Some believe it to be the sole purpose of our existence– to express and receive love

Feelings of love (among other things) typically result in an increase in oxytocin levels in the body. 

Scientists are just beginning to understand the wide-ranging effects of oxytocin on the body and mind, from enhancing bonding to supporting sexual function to accelerating wound healing.

Although the research is in its infancy, it’s clear that oxytocin has a big impact on our experience as human beings– including allowing us to tap into powerful biological abilities like giving birth. 

As we know, plants and animals benefit from loving attention just as humans do. This suggests that oxytocin and love actually help activate DNA and unlock the full potential of all living things. 

DNA Activation Tips

Here are a few quick tips about tools and techniques you can use to supercharge your DNA activation process:

1. Loving-Kindness Meditation

As we know, feelings of love may help activate DNA and unlock our full potential as beings on this planet. 

Loving-kindness meditation is a simple and effective way to increase feelings of connectedness and wellbeing, and may even help treat mental illness.

To get started with loving-kindness meditation, begin by thinking positive, loving thoughts about yourself. 

Then, allow that loving attention to radiate out gradually– focus your loving intentions on your closest friends and family, then on your ‘enemies,’ then on all living things in the universe. 

Let the positive feeling of expressing unconditional love to wash over you, lifting your spirits, calming your mind, and opening your heart. 

2. Binaural Beats

Sound frequencies can be used to repair and activate your DNA. 

These frequencies, known as binaural beats, are played via headphones so each ear is exposed to a slightly different wavelength. Binaural beats can actually change your brainwaves. 

Your brainwaves influence how you feel and what you think– low frequencies can result in feelings of deep relaxation and dreaminess, while high frequencies may lead to hyper-alertness or excess energy. 

The frequencies used for DNA activation are between the 4 – 8 hertz range, or theta (θ) range. Binaural beats in the theta (θ) range are believed to encourage deep relaxation and creative brain activity, similar to what you’d experience during a meditation session. 

3. Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that, when spoken aloud, can change the way you think, feel, and behave. 

Studies show that self-affirmation (affirming values that are meaningful to you) leads to better health, learning, and social outcomes. 

When it comes to DNA activation, affirmations can help you crystallize and embody the best possible version of yourself. When designing your own DNA activation affirmations, I recommend you begin each statement with “I am…” followed by a description of your best self. 

For additional inspiration, try listening to “I Am” guided meditations. This one, led by one of my favorite spiritual guides, Kenneth Soares, is excellent.

4. Journaling

Writing about intensely positive experiences has been shown to correlate with enhanced positive moods and better health outcomes.

Law of Attraction “scripting” takes this a step further, encouraging you to write about your dream life and your ideal self as if every word is currently true– including expressing gratitude for your vision. 

From my own personal experience, “scripting” boosts my mood immediately, reducing my stress levels, and allowing me to embrace a more positive perspective on the challenges of daily life– creating the perfect conditions for DNA activation. 

5. Psychedelics

There’s not enough room in this article to expound on the vast range of therapeutic benefits psychedelics may offer. Further, due to funding limitations and legal obstacles, there are certainly even more benefits that remain undiscovered and under-researched. 

Always check with your doctor before trying any drug, and that includes psychedelics. Be aware of the laws in your state and country, and make sure you understand the legal risks of recreational use of any controlled substance. 

While I can not advise the use of hallucinogens, I think it’s useful to share some of the scientific research that is most relevant to DNA activation: 

  • LSD is believed to influence gene expression in mammals. 
  • Ayahuasca may improve mental health outcomes and increase the subject’s capacity to practice mindfulness. 
  • Psilocybin is believed to have clinical potential to treat depression and substance abuse, although research is still in the early stages. 

Signs of Successful DNA Activation

Like any big change or transformation, DNA activation has side effects.

Here are some of the common symptoms people experience: 

  • Tingling at the top of the head or in the extremities
  • Sudden, unexpected wave of emotions or memories
  • Enhanced senses
  • Perspective shifts resulting in changed behavior
  • Heightened intuition and psychic premonitions
  • Visions of parallel dimensions and invisible beings
  • Unexpected life-altering events
  • Increased strength, flexibility, and stamina
  • Changes in sleep behavior and schedule
  • Extremely vivid dreams
  • Lucid dreaming
  • Sleepwalking
  • Muscle spasms or uncontrollable twitches

DNA Activation and the Collective Spiritual Awakening

The world is undeniably passing through a period of grief, chaos, trauma– and transformation. 

I and many others believe this turmoil to be a sign of collective spiritual awakening, closely related to the energetic and emotional detox that occurs during an individual’s DNA activation– but on a global scale. 

Now is the time for you to rise up and activate your unused DNA in order to evolve into your best possible self.

The universe needs YOU to activate light, healing, and joy within yourself, allowing you to help usher in a new age of light, healing, and joy for ALL of humanity.
